How can concerns be reported?

This form is used to report behaviour that seems to violate the Code of Conduct or any applicable laws, rules, regulations or company policies.

Anonymity:

Open and honest communication is encouraged. However, if you’d prefer to report an issue anonymously, you can do so. If you don’t want to provide your name, we recommend first creating an anonymous email address (e.g., muster123@gmx.ch) and entering it as your contact address.

Please be aware that we can’t completely guarantee anonymity if you report an issue via the contact form, since it’s theoretically possible to trace an identity through the IP address (*Sunrise does though respect and protect the desire for anonymity and does not perform IP address identification).

To guarantee complete anonymity, you can also contact the Compliance team directly via an anonymous email address that you set up, for example Google, GMX, etc.

Please provide as much information as possible on the following points:

No, the person wishes to remain anonymous (please create an anonymous email address first and use this address as the contact option).
