Report a Concern

This form is for reporting any conduct that you believe violates the Code of Conduct or any applicable law, rule, regulation or Company policy.

Anonymity:

We encourage open and honest communication. However, if you feel the need to communicate your concerns anonymously you may do so. If you do choose not to disclose your name, we recommend creating first an anonymous e-mail address (e.g. muster123@gmx.ch) and providing this as a contact channel.

Please note that if you submit a report using the contact form, we can’t guarantee complete anonymity as it’s theoretically possible to draw conclusions about your identity based on your IP address (Sunrise respects and protects the desire for anonymity and doesn’t seek to identify any IP addresses).

To remain completely anonymous, you can contact the Compliance Team directly using an anonymous email address. You can set one up with Google, GMX or another provider of your choice. In your email, please provide as much information as you can on the following points:
