When you switch to Sunrise Freedom Mobile, you can either keep your current mobile number or request a new one.
You already have a Sunrise mobile subscription?
Simply order your Sunrise Freedom Mobile subscription in My Sunrise or at a Sunrise point of sale using the "Keep phone number" option.
You don't already have a Sunrise mobile subscription?
1. Keep your mobile number:
Simply order your Sunrise Freedom Mobile subscription online or at a Sunrise point of sale using the "Keep phone number" option. We will provide you with a new SIM card and (if ordered) your new device. There is a CHF 49.00 fee for the new SIM card. In this case, you have two options:
- Comply with the contract duration set by your current provider
If you choose this option, you comply with your current provider's contract terms and avoid early cancellation fees. The switch must, however, be requested no sooner than 120 days before the contract expires.
- Switch to Sunrise before the minimum contract duration expires
With this option you confirm that you are prepared to pay any fees charged by your current provider relating to your subscription and for early termination.
2. Choose your new mobile phone number:
Simply order your Sunrise Freedom Mobile subscription online or at a Sunrise point of sale. You can select one of several telephone numbers and we will provide you with a new SIM card and (if ordered) a new device. There is a CHF 49.00 fee for the new SIM card.

As a current Sunrise Freedom swiss unlimited customer, you profit from the Sunrise One package price of CHF 139.00 as soon as Sunrise Home Unlimited is activated (in use).
