Radar - Festival For New Music 2025
First acts confirmed: Alessi Rose opens the Radar Festival 2025
The Radar - Festival For New Music returns to Langstrasse Zurich for the seventh time on September 12 and 13, 2025. It will feature a hand-picked line-up of national and international newcomers who are still insider tips today and may be headliners tomorrow. The first part of this year's program has now been published - with British artist Alessi Rose as the headliner on Friday evening. Tickets are available from now on.
Since 2018, the Radar Festival has stood for musical discoveries in an intimate club atmosphere - and has since become a permanent fixture in the Swiss festival landscape. Up-and-coming acts with the potential to play the big stages soon play in several venues around Langstrasse. Previous highlights include early bookings by Lola Young, Lewis Capaldi, Paula Hartmann, Provinz and Berq.
This year, the festival remains true to its curatorial aspirations: no household names, but those who will soon be. In addition to Alessi Rose, the first wave of acts includes: Teenage Dads, IRIÉ, Caleb Hearn, ETO, Lily Claire, Lyvia, Marlin, Skuth and The Pill.
With Alessi Rose, the focus is on an artist who is no longer an insider tip: In music reviews and TikTok feeds, she is already being touted as the next Taylor Swift. Her emotional honesty and unmistakable feel for melody make her the ideal choice to kick off the festival on Friday evening.
Saturday offers a wide range of other artists to watch, with styles ranging from indie, pop, soul and alternative. The detailed program including timetable, venues and after show parties will be published in summer.
Note: The second part of the line-up will be announced in May 2025.
