Bookings will be issued as vouchers. You will receive your wristband by post shortly before the festival.

If there are any changes in the period between ticket purchase and wristband delivery, please note the following:

- Please update your address details in your customer portal.

- Changes regarding the delivery of wristbands can only be considered until May 24, 2025.

- If you want to transfer your ticket to someone else, please change the delivery address in your customer portal

- If you want to give a single pass from an order with multiple tickets to someone else, you are responsible for ensuring that the new owner receives the festival wristband
