3. Please provide the previous tenant's landline number or your fiber optics number
- We will need the previous tenant's landline number at your new address to switch your service to the correct telephone line. Providing this number to us will save you electrician charges; if we do not have the number, your house connection will have to be modified. If you do not know the previous tenant, please ask your landlord or property manager for the number.
- If you would like to order fiber optics products, we need the fiber optic box ID number (see image below; also called OTO number) at your new address.
