Your legitimation period for participating in the «Benefit Program» is expiring soon

Make sure you renew your legitimation so that you can continue to benefit from exclusive conditions.

It’s that easy!

1. Log in to My Sunrise

2. Click on My Products

3. Scroll to the Benefit Program overview

As soon as you are authorized to renew, a message will appear above the overview indicating that you need to re-authenticate.

4. Click on renew

5. Authenticate yourself with your Business Mail or a voucher code

6. When you enter your Business Mail, you will receive a confirmation link via e-mail. Click on the confirmation link and your discount will be renewed for another legitimation period. When you enter a voucher code, you will be legitimized immediately.

7. You will then see the new legitimation period in the Benefit Program overview.

You can find out which proof of eligibility has been specified for your company or association, information about offers and promotions, and options for telephone consultation on the landing page or intranet page of your company or association.

You can reapply for the discounts at any time if you are still working at the same company or are still a member of the same association.
To do this, you must re-establish your eligibility and apply the discount to the eligible subscriptions.

Visit your My Sunrise customer account:

1. Log in to My Sunrise

2. Click on My Products

3. Scroll to the Benefit Program overview

4. Click on activate

5. Verify your eligibility with your Business Mail address or a voucher code

6. When you enter your Business Mail, a confirmation link will be sent to you by e-mail. Click on the confirmation link and your discount will be renewed for another eligibility period. When you enter a voucher code, you will be directly verified.

7. You will then see the new eligibility period in the Benefit Program overview.

Have you started working for a company that also participates in the “Benefit Program”? With My Sunrise, you can easily change employers and take advantage of the terms offered by your new company.

2. Click on My Products.

3. Scroll to the Benefit Program overview.

Below the overview, you will find the following message:

“Have you changed employers or institutions? Click here...”

4. Verify your identity with your Business Mail or a voucher code.

When you enter your business Mail, you will receive a confirmation link by e-mail. Click on the confirmation link and your discount will be renewed for a further legitimation period. When you enter a voucher code, you are immediately legitimized.

You will then see the new legitimation period in the Benefit Program overview.

Important: Assigning discounts

9. Assign the discounts to the eligible subscriptions.

If you leave the employer, you are still entitled to the discount during the current eligibility period. After that, the discount will expire, but your subscription will continue at the regular conditions.

If your business email address does not work during the eligibility process, please request a voucher code.

To request a voucher code, you will need to provide one of the following proofs of eligibility:

  • Form (proof of Benefit Program)

  • Certificate of employment

  • Membership card

  • Badge
