Payment in My Sunrise
Pay your bill quickly and easily in My Sunrise.
Simply log in to your My Sunrise account and select your preferred payment method.
Log in to My Sunrise and pay your bill directly online using your preferred payment method (e-banking, credit card, TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.).
If the link above doesn’t automatically take you to the right place, navigate to Bills => Pay bill.
Select your preferred payment method.
You have the following options:
Online banking/payment information for the payment slip
TWINT (CHF 1.- fee)
Credit and debit card/PostFinance card & eFinance (CHF 1.- fee)
PayPal (CHF 1.- fee)
Google Pay (CHF 1.- fee)
Apple Pay (CHF 1.- fee)
Payment slip by mail (CHF 5.– fee)
Once you have successfully made the payment, you will receive a confirmation notification directly in My Sunrise.
You haven’t received confirmation?
This means the payment was not made.
Your connection may have been interrupted during the payment process or you may have exceeded your credit card limit.
Solution: Check debit and make payment
If you paid by credit card, check your credit card debit.
If the bill amount was not deducted, please try to make the payment again.
