Here is some important information about reminders and activating blocked services.

Prevent dunning fees and connection blocks

  • In order to avoid having to pay a reminder fee of CHF 30.00, please pay your bill by the payment deadline given on the bill or reminder.

  • Please pay the total amount by the payment deadline specified in the reminder to avoid your connection being blocked.

Please note that there are fees for the blocking. You can find an overview on our support page.

Tip
The process will go fastest if you pay directly online through My Sunrise. You can pay via credit card, PostFinance, TWINT, e-banking, Masterpass, or PayPal.

Unblock connection and services

  • Unblock connection:

    To make sure that your connection is unblocked, pay the total amount of the reminder.


    Important:After unblocking, you will have to turn your mobile phone off briefly and then on again in order to successfully access the network again.

  • Unblock services
    In My Sunrise, you can reactivate them straight away, provided this option is available to you.

    You are hereby committing to paying the outstanding amount immediately. In return, we will reactivate your services straight away. If we do not receive your payment within the next few days, we will block all your Sunrise services again without warning. It can take up to 30 minutes to activate your services.

    As soon as your connection has been completely unblocked, we will inform you of this by SMS or e-mail.

    To remove the block, you will need to restart your device. 


    Please note: International calls, roaming, as well as all premium services will be blocked until we have received payment of your outstanding amounts.

Payment deferrel of 15 days

Do you need more time to pay your bill?
In My Sunrise, you can activate a payment deferral of 15 days, provided this option is available to you. 

This will give you an additional 15 calendar days to pay the outstanding amount. Once the additional time period has passed, we cannot grant any further payment deferrals.

    Type: E-Banking

    Cost per payment: Payment without QR Code CHF 5.00

    Processing time: 2-3 working days

  • Post Office Counter with QR Code

    Type: Payment at the counter

    Cost per payment: CHF 3.90

    Processing time: 1-2 working days

  • Payment Order with QR Code

    Type: Payment via payment order

    Cost per payment: Free of charge

    Processing time: At least 1 week

  • Payment at the Sunrise Shop

    Type: Payment at the cashier

    Cost per payment: CHF 7.50

    Processing time: Booking on the same working day after payment
