As soon as you register or change your e-mail address in My Sunrise, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
To confirm your e-mail address, please just click on the confirmation link in this e-mail.
Confirmation e-mail not received
If you have not received the confirmation e-mail with the link, you can start the process again.
Simply click on the link «Send confirmation e-mail» in My Sunrise.
Change communication language
Would you like to receive communications from Sunrise in a different language? You can choose between English, French, German and Italian.

Digital identification process
Sunrise is required by law to identify all customers with a valid identification document and to store a digital copy in the customer account. A check of the identification document is required if there is a change of name.
The digital identification process starts automatically when you change your name in My Sunrise. Simply follow the steps on the screen.
