Pause your subscription
Press pause instead of cancelling – if you don’t need your products for a certain time period because you’ll be abroad, you can simply pause them.
Which products can you pause and for how long?
You can pause mobile subscriptions for a minimum of two months and a maximum of 12 months.
You can pause Internet, TV and landline subscriptions for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months, but only after the minimum contract period has ended.
During this time, you won’t be able to use your mobile subscriptions and we’ll only charge you a fee of CHF 5.– per month for pausing the mobile subscription. After this break, you can continue using your products as before.
