You can find the returns form here. Please put the completed form in a clearly visible place in the package with your device so that we can process the return quickly.

2a. Create a return label

Simply enter your personal details in the form below to request your return label. If you want to return multiple devices, you can place them all in one package using one return label. Please note that a printed label can only be used once.

2b. Download the QR code to your phone

With the generated QR code, you can drop off the package without a printed label at a Päckli Point location. Simply show the QR code.
Please note that a downloaded QR code can only be used once.

Please make sure that you affix the label carefully and in a clearly visible location at the right bottom of the largest side of the package.

You can return the device at one of the more than 1,200 Päckli Punkt stations.
