    Connect Box 3 Fiber

    Find the perfect spot

    Give your Connect Box 3 Fiber enough space.
    The Connect Box 3 Fiber is a free spirit and likes a lot of space. Alyways position it upright and make sure that the front is facing into the room because the signal comes from the front and top of the Connect Box 3 Fiber. So don't hide it in a cupboard or behind your TV.

    Use only the new cables included with the delivery for the installation. The new fiber-optic cable is specially designed for your new modem. If you use this cable to install your Connect Box 3 Fiber you'll avoid signal loss or unnecessary hardware replacements.

    Installation

    Step by step guide

    Connect the Connect Box cable
    Remove the protective caps from both ends of the fiber cable.
    Connect the fiber optic cable to specified port (1-4, as stated in the activation message).

    Plug in the power unit

    White LED will be lit up continuously as soon as the box is set up.
    This can take up to 30 minutes.

    Establish an Internet connection

    10 Gbit LAN Port

    To achieve the best possible speed, the LAN cable must be connected to the LAN port labeled with 10 Gbps.
