Outgoing calls are not working
What you can do:
1. Calls to a specific number are not possible
Please try to call the same number with a phone that has to a different connection, for example with a mobile phone or a different landline connection.
If the problem persists, it is very likely that something is wrong with the number you are calling. However, if the error only occurs when you call the desired number from a Sunrise landline, please proceed to the next step.
There is probably a problem with the connection that needs to be investigated. Please contact our customer services or use our Community.
2. Calls not possible to any other number
You can view service information and disruptions in real time.
Our notifications are constantly being updated. If everything is okay, please return to this page.
If the LED light remains white, skip step 3 and go directly to step 4.
If the LED light is not continuously white, please go to step 3.
Make sure that all cables are connected correctly and that your modem is online.
Make sure that the landline device and modem are connected correctly.
Restart your modem. Turn it off by pressing the power button, wait 30 seconds and then turn it on again. Wait until the modem has completely restarted and check whether the problem has now been resolved. This can take up to 15 minutes.
If your phone is damaged, check whether you need a new one. Please also make sure the battery is charged and the display is lit up.
