Try the following steps if you have poor internet reception or if your internet is slow:

Reload network connection

Switch flight mode on and then off again on your mobile phone.

Restart mobile phone

Turn your mobile phone off and then on again.

Disconnect Wi-Fi

Check whether you are connected to Wi-Fi. If so, disconnect the Wi-Fi and use mobile data instead.
