The My Sunrise app unites the features of the My Sunrise and My UPC customer areas.
You benefit from an even better overview of your products and a seamless transition between your two customer portals.
Here’s how to operate the app
As a Sunrise customer, please log in with your mobile or customer number or your registered e-mail address.
The app will then automatically forward you to your customer area.
If you also have a UPC account, you can log in there with your e-mail address.
You can flexibly switch back and forth between your Sunrise and UPC accounts in the «App Options».
Advantages of the My Sunrise app
In the My Sunrise app, you can:
Check your usage, costs and bills
Pay bills directly
View order statuses and track shipments
Manage your personal information
Report a change of address
Change and adjust your subscription
Order new products and options
View and buy roaming data – even from abroad
Frequently asked questions about the My Sunrise app
The My UPC app is no longer supported.
Please uninstall the My UPC app and download the new My Sunrise app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Please check that you are using the correct login credentials.
As a Sunrise customer, you can use your mobile number, customer number or the e-mail address on file.
To log in to your UPC customer portal, use your registered e-mail address.
If you have forgotten your password, click on «Forgot password» and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Open the app and log in to one of your customer portals.
The «Guide» option will then appear at the edge of the screen.
Click on it to select the product for which you need help. This can be the app itself, a subscription or one of your active devices.
