Here’s how to operate the app

With the app, you can always keep an eye on all the important information about your products, bills and customer data.
Download the My Sunrise app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

Log in to your account
  • Log in with your My Sunrise login details. Your username is either your email address, mobile number, customer number or landline number. 

  • Select “Keep me signed in” when you log in to avoid having to sign in every time.

  • Enable face recognition/fingerprint in the app settings under «Security & Privacy» for fast and secure access.

Two-factor authentication is a security measure that verifies your identity in two steps. It uses a combination of something you know (your password) and something you have (your smartphone or email address).


Specifically, this means that with two-factor authentication, we'll send you a temporary code by SMS or email every time you log into your customer account.

In this way, we work together to ensure you're actually the person who's logging in.

It protects against password theft (such as phishing) and thus prevents identity theft and possible financial losses caused by misuse. Your My Sunrise account also contains sensitive data such as your address, telephone number or Netflix access data.

Two-factor authentication is currently the most secure login procedure. Nevertheless, it's impossible to guarantee 100% protection against identity theft or misuse. Therefore, never share your passwords or temporary codes with anyone.
