MyDelivery – general information
At the desired time, your delivery can be taken to your usual shipping address or one of the 2,500 pickup points all over Switzerland
Conveniently track your shipment online, we will also notify you via SMS or e-mail once your delivery is ready to pick up at the pickup point
You can pay any additional costs directly via credit card on the Sunrise MyDelivery platform

Requirements
Sunrise MyDelivery services are in principle available for all hardware orders (devices, accessories). This does not include orders involving Swiss Post identification confirmation, and payment on delivery or express shipments.
Selection deadlines for on-time delivery
You must select the delivery method on time, in order to ensure that MyDelivery can use your preferred delivery method. The exact times are shown in the following overview:

Weekderay Delivery Delivery on a business day during the day | Selection until 4:00 p.m. |

Resolving problems
No MyDelivery SMS or e-mail received
If the contact details are not correct, the shipment will be sent to the shipping address in our files. You can no longer make any changes via Sunrise MyDelivery.
Package not available for pick-up
Your package is being sent to the shipping address on file.
