Help and support with blue TV
You can subscribe to the following blue TV streaming packages with Sunrise: blue Sport, blue Max and blue Doku. We’ve put together all the key information you need here.
Please contact blue TV directly. Here is the link to the blue TV support section (German only).
Select the Home button on the menu of your TV.
Find the apps menu and press OK.
Find the blue TV app and press OK.
Please scan the QR code on the TV screen.
You can then log in with your existing Swisscom login details or create a new Swisscom login. Please create a new login by entering your e-mail address.
You’ll receive a confirmation code by e-mail. Enter it for authentication.
Then set your personal password.
Please then enter your personal information, such as your first name, last name, date of birth and address.
Now enter your mobile number to allow you to reset the password if necessary and to prevent misuse.
You’ll receive a code by SMS to complete the registration.
Now select your chosen TV-streaming package from blue TV: blue Max (DE), blue Premium, blue Sport (FR/DE).
Yes. All blue Sport broadcasts can be accessed at a later date.

Go to the Swisscom login page and first click on «Forgot username».
Reset your username: Click on «Forgot username» again.
Reset your password: First enter your username and then click on «Forgot password» in the next step.
blue Max is currently available to you in German and French.
The minimum contract duration for blue TV (blue Sport, blue MAX, blue Doku, etc.) is six months, with a notice period of one month to the end of the following month.
You need to cancel the service online. Log in to your Swisscom customer account with your username and password. Cancel the requested blue TV service from the next possible date.
