  1. On your Sunrise TV, go to «TV Shop» in the main menu.

  2. Under the «Entertainment» category, choose Disney+.

  3. Select your Disney+ subscription and confirm it with your PIN.

Yes. After purchasing the Disney+ option from Sunrise, you will receive an activation email with instructions on how to link your existing Disney+ account.

The link in the email is valid for 7 days and can only be used once. If you need more time, you can send a new activation email to your email address at any time via My Sunrise.

Yes. Series and films are available in German, French, Italian and English.

Each individual Disney+ offer defines the number of devices on which you can watch Disney+ at the same time. You can find an overview of the various offers on the Disney+ website.

  • Mobile/tablet devices

  • Internet browsers

  • Smart TV, TV Boxes and streaming devices

  • Game consoles

Please follow the instructions on the Disney+ Website.

1. Log in to My Sunrise.
2. Go to «My Products» and select your relevant TV subscription.
3. Go to «Options».

If you purchased Disney+ as a TV option through Sunrise, you’ll find the «Forgot username/password» link there.
Your new password for the service will be sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the streaming service.

All offers are non-binding. You can cancel them at any time using the TV remote control in the TV Shop. Press the Home button on your remote control and go to TV Shop / My Subscriptions.

Alternatively, you can also cancel Disney+ via My Sunrise.
