1. Log in to My Sunrise.
2. Click on your TV product on the My Sunrise start page and go to the «Options» tab.
3. Click on «Add options» and select the TV option you'd like.

Download the oneplus app from the App Store or Play Store.

1. Log in to My Sunrise.

2. Click on your TV product on the My Sunrise start page.

3. In the «Options» tab, you can cancel the TV option.

The oneplus Premium subscription can be cancelled at any time in My Sunrise.

If you want to ensure that the subscription is not automatically renewed, you must cancel it at least one day before the end of the contract period.

Good to know: If you cancel your Sunrise TV, your oneplus Premium will automatically be converted to the free version.

A oneplus Premium subscription is included free with the Sunrise Up TV XL subscription.

You can manage your oneplus subscription online at any time using this link.

Please note: If you have a Sunrise Up TV XL subscription, then oneplus Premium is already included and cannot be changed.

You can request a new password at any time. To do so, click on the link here, enter your e-mail address and request a new password via e-mail.
