    Factory reset

    If you need to reset any changes you previously made to the factory settings, please follow these instructions.


    This is how you can reset your Sunrise TV Box:

    • Press the «HOME» button on your remote control to access the settings (the wheel symbol on the far right).

    • In the «SYSTEM» tab, click on «Factory reset».

    • Now you need to enter the PIN code to reset your Sunrise TV Box. The default PIN for the Sunrise TV Box is 0000.

    • Afterwards, please confirm.
