Logging into the TV app: step-by-step instructions

Do you use the Sunrise TV App to watch TV? To make sure you can keep using the Sunrise TV App as normal after switching from UPC to Sunrise, you’ll need to log out of the Sunrise TV App on all your devices (see below) and then log in again with your My Sunrise login details.

Your previous login details for the Sunrise TV App are no longer valid. Please log in with your My Sunrise login details.

Log out of the TV app and log in with your new login details

Step 1:

  • Sunrise TV App on a desktop/TV: open the app and click on the cogwheel icon for «Settings».

  • Sunrise TV App on a mobile: click on «Profiles» at the top left and then click on «Settings».

Step 2 and 3:

  • Go to "Account and profiles".

  • Click "Log out".

Log in

Please log in with your My Sunrise details. You can use your mobile number, landline number, stored email address or customer number as your username. If you haven’t set a password yet or if you’ve forgotten it, click on «Forgot My Sunrise password?».

Once this is done, you’re finished. We hope you enjoy the world of entertainment available via the Sunrise TV App.
