To make sure the fun doesn’t get spoiled with a tedious search for your favourite series on the TV App, Sunrise has made its TV Shop more user-friendly and accessible. It’s been updated on the Sunrise TV Box and is now clearly visible at the top of the main menu.

The TV Shop is arranged clearly and bundles popular offers from Netflix, Sky and oneplus and great channel packages from MySports and Premium Plus. The Disney+ app, with Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic along with a variety of general entertainment content, is available on Sunrise TV under the Star brand, adding new content to Sunrise TV entertainment.

It’s easy to subscribe to or cancel your preferred TV apps, streaming services and channel packages in the TV Shop in just a few simple steps. You can do so on a monthly basis, a feature that suits the needs of many customers today. To help customers stay organised with their subscribed and available TV apps and channel packages, these are clearly listed in the TV Shop and in My Sunrise, complete with costs and terms. The selected TV apps and channel packages can be amended to meet your own requirements at any time with just a few clicks.

Customers can now sign up for selected streaming subscriptions and all channel packages either in My Sunrise, on the Sunrise self-care platform, at Sunrise shops or by calling the sales hotline. Billing is convenient and easy to manage via the monthly Sunrise bill.

The new Digimonitor 2024 study, by the Electronic Media Interest Group (IGEM) and WEMF AG für Werbemedienforschung, covers media behaviour in Switzerland. Sunrise launched its new TV Box in May of this year. It’s twice as powerful as its predecessor, supports the modern Wi-Fi 6 standard and treats you to Dolby Vision sound quality. Customers are awarding the new Sunrise TV Box top ratings, especially because they can call up the Home screen or TV Guide twice as fast, browse channels three times faster and enjoy shorter app-loading times, which have been reduced by 30–50%. The new TV Box is also more sustainable: it uses around 20% less power (approx. 3.2 instead of 3.9 watts) and is made of 100% recycled plastic.
