As a customer, you’ll now be able to sign up for and switch between Disney+ and other streaming services, or manage your subscriptions, with just one click directly via the TV Shop or My Sunrise – it’s all in one place, making it easier and more flexible than ever before.
In addition to Disney+, other popular streaming services like Netflix, Sky Show, Sky Sport, oneplus and channel packages like MySports, Canal+ and Premium Plus are also available. This seamless integration will enable you to manage your subscriptions centrally and make changes to suit your individual needs – with no interruptions. For you as a customer it means you can cancel your monthly subscription any time within the current month and take out a different one for the following month. It simply renews automatically as long as you don’t cancel it.
Flexibility and clarity for customers
With this full integration, Sunrise is making its service even easier for you to use. All the available and subscribed services can be viewed centrally in the Sunrise TV Shop and on the My Sunrise self-care platform, and individual subscription settings can be adjusted with just a few clicks. These services will be billed conveniently on your monthly Sunrise bill in the usual way.
The simple user interface allows users to activate services via voice control or in the TV Shop. Depending on your mood, you can switch flexibly between the various streaming services, such as Netlix, oneplus, MySports and many more. The now fully integrated Disney+ service is fantastic for customers; they can watch exclusive content from the worlds of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star.
