Migration from Sunrise to QoQa

Verification of requirements

Here, you can check whether you can migrate your existing Sunrise subscription to a Sunrise Mobile Q or Sunrise Home Q subscription.

Requirements

  1. Your contract is a personal Sunrise customer contract that does not include benefits from an employer, associations, or other partner organizations (Sunrise Benefit Program & Medinex).

  2. Your Sunrise subscription is not part of an ongoing contract offer where you received discounted or gifted hardware (e.g., iPad, TV, PlayStation, or smartphones).

  3. You have had an active QoQa account for at least 12 months.

The quota for qualified migrations is limited. Your request will be manually reviewed, and we will notify you about the possibility of converting your Sunrise subscription into a QoQa subscription. The review process may take up to 4 weeks. If you meet the requirements and a migration is possible, you will receive an email with a link to the offer to purchase a one-time QoQa voucher (59.– for Mobile Q, 89.– for Home Q) and proceed with the migration. Please note that only one voucher per Sunrise Q offer can be purchased per customer number. Further details will follow after the review.
