Frequently asked questions
To stream Apple TV+ content on your Sunrise TV Box, you’ll need to log in to the Apple TV app with your Apple ID. Alternatively, you can use your phone's camera to scan the QR code on the TV screen or go to link.apple.com and enter your code. Then follow the instructions on your device.
You can find the Apple TV app with voice control or in the Apps menu of your TV Box.
Creating your Apple ID is easy.
You can set it up when you redeem your Apple TV+ offer via the Sunrise TV Box or at appleid.apple.com .
1. Log straight in to the Apple TV app on our TV Box, follow the on-screen instructions and create your account right there and then. You can find the Apple TV app in the Apps menu of your TV Box or via voice control.
2. Create an Apple ID login from your computer via the following page: appleid.apple.com, and follow the instructions on your computer or smartphone.

Apple Originals are always commercial-free. Some shows release all the episodes at once. Other shows add new episodes every Friday. You can then watch them on demand anytime, anywhere. Friday night baseball may include commercials depending on location or region.
