We are in the process of completing the activation of your subscription. The only thing missing is the number of your fiber optic cable outlet, the so-called OTO ID.
The fiber optic cable outlet is usually in the living room. The number printed on it generally starts with the letter A or B, but sometimes with the letter O or the letters WP. Here is an example:
