Frequently asked questions
The free version of the oneplus Sunrise Edition is available to all Sunrise TV customers on their TV Box at no extra cost. You can find the oneplus app under the «Apps» menu item on your TV Box.
In addition, all Sunrise TV customers who access the oneplus app on their TV Box for the first time will now be authenticated and registered automatically with their My Sunrise/My UPC login details – meaning you don’t need to register separately and can use the app straight away.

Open the oneplus app on your TV Box, click on «Log in with another account» and then enter your login details.
You should have received the activation link for the oneplus Sunrise Premium Edition by email right after activating your Sunrise TV subscription. If you don’t have the activation link at hand, you can resend the oneplus invitation by going to the My Sunrise login page (sunrise.ch), accessing your TV options and clicking on the «Overview» tab.
The free version of the oneplus Sunrise Edition is available on your TV Box at no extra cost. To stream premium content from oneplus, you need a Sunrise TV subscription that includes oneplus Premium.
Subscribing to the oneplus Sunrise Premium Edition is simple. You have two options:
1. Log in to the oneplus app directly via your TV Box, select any premium content and follow the instructions for upgrading. You can find the oneplus app in the «Apps» menu item on your TV Box.
2. Upgrade through your My Sunrise account..
a. Log in on the My Sunrise login page (sunrise.ch) and open your TV subscription.
b. Select a TV subscription that includes oneplus.
c. Then follow the instructions in the confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can switch to a Sunrise TV XL subscription or sign up for the Sunrise «Premium Plus» TV option to stream premium content from the oneplus Sunrise Edition.
