The loyalty program «Sunrise Rewards» has been closed.
If you currently profit from a loyalty discount on an option, you can of course keep it. The activation of a new loyalty discount is not possible anymore. In case of change of rate plan, you will keep your loyalty discount as long as your new rate plan does not include the same service.
You can see your current loyalty discount in My Sunrise and have the possibility to deactivate it if needed.
