How can I receive this offer as quickly as possible?
Bring your S permit and Ukrainian passport or ID to the nearest Sunrise Shop. If you have not yet received the residence permit S, please bring proof that you have applied for it.
Duration of the offer:
The offer remains valid until further notice. Sunrise has the right to change or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated by Sunrise via SMS.

The option costs CHF 14.90 and is automatically renewed every 30 days after activation and the amount is deducted from the prepaid credit. If there is not enough credit on the prepaid card at this time, the option will be suspended. As soon as sufficient credit is available again, the option is activated immediately and runs again for 30 days from this time.

Visit the nearest Sunrise Shop with your S permit and Ukrainian passport or ID. If you haven’t received the permit yet, provide proof of your application.

Only one SIM per person is possible with this special offer. For families with children, each child aged 7 and over will be registered, please bring documents/passport/ID card for each child.
Simply top up online at sunrise.ch/refill or in the Sunrise Shop, at kiosks, at Coop, Migros, ALDI, Mobilezone or at SBB ticket machines and any post office. Everything at a glance at cockpit.sunrise.ch.

If the prepaid credit is insufficient, the option will be suspended. Please note that if the option is suspended for more than 30 days, it will be deactivated. The special option can only be reactivated for customers with status S in the Sunrise Shop.

The option can be deactivated in My Sunrise or in the Sunrise Cockpit. After deactivation, the option runs until the end of the regular term and will not be extended thereafter.
Sunrise Prepaid does not have to be canceled, as no monthly basic fee is paid. If there has been no mobile data usage, no outgoing calls or no SMS messages in the last 17 months, Sunrise will automatically delete your prepaid number. The remaining credit expires and the number is returned to Sunrise without compensation. We will send several e-mails before we delete your prepaid number.
No, this is not permitted and as soon as Sunrise becomes aware of this, this number will be deactivated with immediate effect.
Please note that if the prepaid SIM is passed on, the name and address of the first purchaser will be disclosed to the relevant authorities at their request. If criminal acts are committed using the transferred prepaid SIM, the first purchaser may be prosecuted for aiding and abetting, complicity or abetting.
