Forwarding landline calls

Would you like to know how to forward calls to your landline? You can set up call forwarding to another landline or mobile number for a number of different scenarios. Here’s how it works.

Forwarding all incoming calls

1. Pick up the receiver.

2. Dial *21*.

3. Enter the number to which you want to forward calls.

4. Finish by pressing #.

5. Wait for the activation confirmation and hang up.

 

You can deactivate this option by pressing #21#.

Tip

Alternatively, you can activate the call-forwarding option "parallel ringing" in your My Sunrise customer portal. Select your landline product > Settings > Call forwarding "parallel ringing" > enter the number to which you want to forward calls.

Forwarding calls when you can't be reached (after 25 seconds)

1. Pick up the receiver.

2. Enter *61*.

3. Enter the number to which you want to forward calls.

4. Finish by pressing #.

5. Wait for the activation confirmation and hang up.

 

You can deactivate this option by pressing #61#.

Forwarding calls when your landline is busy

1. Pick up the receiver.

2. Enter *67*.

3. Enter the number to which you want to forward calls.

4. Finish by pressing #.

5. Wait for the activation confirmation and hang up.

 

You can deactivate this option by pressing #67#.

Important

If you've activated the «call waiting» function, you can't set up call forwarding in addition to this. Enter #43# to deactivate the «call waiting» function.

Please note:

Do you have a Sunrise landline now, but you used to have a UPC landline? In this case, your call-forwarding settings are no longer active and may need to be reconfigured.

Costs

If you have set up call forwarding, you will be charged the cost of a call from your line to the forwarded phone number. The person calling you only pays their call costs. If you have a subscription with unlimited calls within Switzerland, you will not incur any additional costs.
