Using private TV for commercial purposes is prohibited in Switzerland. The Sunrise Business TV Sports Package is the easy and ideal solution for businesses – perfect for bars, restaurants and other venues.

All the features of the Business TV Sports Package are approved for business and commercial use. Customers must have a separate SUISA licence.
Streaming on up to ten screens at a time, eight of them with exclusive MySports content – three via the app, one via the included TV Box and four more via optional additional TV Boxes.

Business TV Public is part of the Business TV Sports Package. While the first package provides access to more than 280 TV channels and over 130 radio stations, the sports package offers the same basic content and complements it with live games and exclusive programmes.
The Business TV Sports Package includes all the games played in the National League, Switzerland’s top ice-hockey league, as well as the top NHL games. This adds up to 150 live games per season, featuring Switzerland’s elite players performing in the world’s most spectacular ice-hockey league. The schedule also includes selected fixtures from the DEL, SHL, IIHF and CHL.
Unfortunately, the Business TV Sports Package doesn’t offer this option.

You can use Business TV Public for both commercial and private purposes. However, we recommend that you choose one of our offers for private customers for your home.
If you choose the option that comes with a TV Box when you sign up for a Sunrise Business TV Public subscription, the Business TV Sports Package will allow you to stream MySports content on up to 8 different devices (3x via the app, 1x via the included TV Box, 4 via additional TV Boxes. There’s a fee of CHF 10.–/month for each additional TV Box). If you have the Sunrise Business TV Public app subscription, MySports is streamed exclusively via the app on up to three devices at a time.
Yes, you can use the Business TV Sports Package app subscription option without a TV Box with any Swiss Internet provider. However, for the best streaming quality, we recommend combining the Business TV Sports Package with an Internet subscription from Sunrise.
Swiss companies that are subject to VAT and generate annual revenue of at least CHF 500,000.– are required to pay a fee for TV and radio usage.
With a SUISA licence and the Business TV Sports Package, businesses satisfy all the requirements for public TV broadcasts in a business setting (e.g. break rooms) or a commercial setting (e.g. restaurants). The SUISA licence is not included in the Business TV Sports Package. Businesses must apply for this licence from SUISA directly.
Businesses can broadcast Business TV Public on screens or projection surfaces with a screen size of up to three metres for business or commercial use. The SUISA Common Tariff 3a applies here. For public viewings on screens or projection surfaces with a screen size of more than three metres, businesses need a special licence from SUISA: Common Tariff 3c.
