Switching to a different provider
If you would like to switch to a different provider, it’s important to clarify the cancellation date with us.
To ensure a smooth process without incurring fees, we recommend taking the following steps:
Calls us (free and from Monday to Friday, 8:00 till 17:00) at 0800 144 244 (Small Businesses till 9 employees) or 0800 788 788 (all other companies) or use our chat .
We will inform you of the cancellation date. This will be the earliest date you can switch without incurring any fees.
Avoid cancellation fees!
It’s therefore best to first work out the cancellation date with us before taking out a subscription with your new provider. You’ll also learn the earliest date on which you can switch to the new provider.

Sunrise offers you the option of suspending the subscription for max. 12 months. This allows you to keep the phone number. The fee for this option is CHF 5.– per month.
Again, no cancellation is necessary. The subscription can be transferred from the company to the former employee; a product switch may be necessary. From this point on, the employee will be the contracting party.
Canceled subscriptions are marked as canceled immediately after the call has been made. You will receive a cancelation confirmation.
Failure to comply with the notice period or minimum contract duration may result in additional costs.
