Business Voice SIP from Sunrise Business connects your company’s telephone system to the public telephone network via the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). Business Voice SIP is suitable for all voice and fax functions and can be linked to the phone network via an individual, dedicated VPN connection or via Internet – regardless of whether your phone services are operated locally, in your own data center or in the cloud. The existing phones or certified IP phones from Sunrise Business are used. The connections are made through the modern, failsafe Sunrise Business network with quality monitoring. If desired, the connection can also be made through a third-party provider.
Your company can use Business Voice SIP as a basic package or as a premium option with additional functionality. The basic package offers all the advantages of SIP calling but the premium option also offers voice prioritization, VPN and a dedicated firewall.
