Summary
You can edit general information related to an account of your company directly in the Sunrise Business Portal in a very simple and quick way.
Editing details of an account
When clicking the «edit» button located in the «Account information» block, a new page will be loaded where you can perform the changes for the selected account.
The «Edit account information» page brings the following groups of data:
Account information: Although the account number is a unique identifier that cannot be changed, you can change its name for better management.
Account address: You can also change the address reference associated with the account. Please note that this information is not used for billing address.
Default contact: The details of the main contact responsible for the corporate account cannot be changed (displayed only for information purposes).
After editing the desired fields, you need to confirm the operation so the changes are recorded by clicking on the «Save» button at the bottom of the page (right hand side).
A success message will follow to confirm that the changes have been saved successfully.
