Change to prices from 1 March 2025
The monthly base fee for our plans will increase by around 1.8% from 1 March 2025. This action is necessary to offset the increases in costs over the past year that are heavily affecting Sunrise. Despite embracing innovative technologies and greater energy efficiency, the continuing rise in electricity prices (+23% on average) is driving up the cost of delivering telecom services. At the same time, higher rent, insurance, construction and access costs to third-party networks along with higher labour costs are having an impact. Like many other companies, Sunrise is not immune to these cost increases. We therefore feel compelled to incorporate a small part of the increased costs into the monthly charges for our plans.
The price change applies to the list price for the plans. There will be no price increases for prepaid offers and instalments for devices.
Discounted prices will be increased proportionally.
Example: Your list price is CHF 50.– and you receive a 50% discount on it (CHF 25.–). Your list price will increase by 1.8%, so your new list price will be CHF 50.90 and your new (50% off) discounted price will be CHF 25.45.

The monthly base fee for all other subscriptions is increasing by around 1.8%
(rounded to CHF 0.10, with prices from CHF 0.05 rounded up).
Like many other companies, Sunrise is also affected by sharp increases in energy, rent, insurance, construction and access costs to third-party networks, and labour costs. We therefore feel compelled to incorporate a small part of the increased costs into the monthly charges for our plans.
The price change applies to the list price for plans from the private-customer portfolio (consumers) and the Business Up portfolio, but not to other plans from the business portfolio. Furthermore, there will be no price increase for: prepaid and QoQa offers, Easy Internet, Easy Internet & TV, Swiss Travel+, device payment in instalments and We Connect plans for mobile data. Customers with products that are affected by the price increase will be notified in writing.
If your plan is part of the current Up portfolio, you'll see the new base monthly fee (list price) at the top of the page.
If you have an older plan, you can calculate the new list price by multiplying your old list price by 1.018 (+1.8%) and rounding it up to CHF 0.10.
If you benefit from a discount, the discount will be applied pro rata to the new list price in the future.
Example: Your list price is CHF 50.– and you receive a 50% discount on it (CHF 25.–). Your list price will increase by 1.8%, so your new list price will be CHF 50.90 and your new (50% off) discounted price will be CHF 25.45.

If the product name on your bill contains «Bus» or «Business», this means it’s a product from the business portfolio that isn’t affected. Examples of products from the private-customer portfolio (consumer portfolio) that are affected by the price increase include the Business Up offers. If you have any further questions, please get in touch with your Sunrise contact person or call our Customer Service team on 0800 777 160.
Our business customers (excluding those with products from the private-customer portfolio such as the Business Up offers) have specially developed products and corresponding contracts. We regularly conduct renegotiations, including price adjustments. Our business-customer portfolio is generally included in these agreements, which is why we’ve excluded it from the current price change.
