About the Sunrise Business Cockpit
The Sunrise Business Cockpit (SBC) is an online portal designed for the team members of a company. In this application, employees of Sunrise B2B customers can view and manage mobile business subscriptions and also purchase personal products and services according to their private needs, such as rate plan upgrades, special service options and mobile devices, if allowed by the company.
SBC Overview
Once you log in to SBC you will find the below view. The main areas of the portal are:
Header: Navigation through the different sections of the portal, which can be displayed, based on your company's policy such as:
Home: View and manage mobile subscriptions.
My requests: History of the requests created by the user in the Sunrise Business Cockpit.
Quick links: Access to the Help center, Terms and conditions or Company content pages, if allowed by your company's policy.
New number: Add a new mobile subscription.
Profile menu: View and modify user profile, credit card information and log out from the portal.
Language selector: Change the language of the portal (available in DE, FR, IT and EN).
Subscription section: It provides all information related to the currently selected mobile number in one place and allowing to manage it according to your company's policies.
Devices: View and order devices for your selected subscription.
Options: In this section, you can order and manage personal options for the subscription, which you can purchase using a private credit card if allowed by your company policy.
