Instructions for signing up to the Sunrise Business Cockpit
Summary
The registration is the sign-up process where you as an employee of a Sunrise business customer can enroll into the Sunrise Business Cockpit Portal.
Registering as a new user:
Access the login page sbc.sunrise.ch , inform the corporate email address*, which you wish to use with the application and click on «Login» to advance.
* The login in SBC is only possible with corporate emails (addresses like @gmail, @Hotmail etc. are not accepted) and must be previously configured for the business customer by Sunrise (check with your account/service manager).
The application will recognize that the provided email address is not registered yet and you will be asked to start the registration process. Click on the «Register» button to proceed.
Now you must define the password for the portal following the security requirements. After confirming the password, an email will be sent to the address provided so we can confirm it.
If your company has integration with Sunrise using Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign-On (SSO), the step above will not be necessary as you will be login into the Sunrise Business Cockpit with your corporate organization’s credentials (Windows username and password).
Click on the «Verify email» button on the received email to confirm the validity of your electronic address.
Don’t forget to check your spam folders. If you don’t receive the email in the next hours, please start over the registration process on the next morning.
If your company has integration with Sunrise using Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign-On (SSO), the step above will not be necessary as you will be login into the Sunrise Business Cockpit with your corporate organization’s credentials (Windows username and password) and an email validation is not required.
Your email address is now validated, and you can proceed with your registration process.
Setting up your user profile
Now you can login to the Sunrise Business Cockpit using your email and the password defined in the previous step. After providing the credentials in the login page, you will need to setup your user profile in a few easy steps.
First, we need to define the Sunrise business account that your user will be associated with. That is where all the products and services associated with you will be installed and billed. If you already have an active Sunrise business number, by informing it here the business account related will be directly retrieved. If you don’t have a business subscription yet, please provide the Sunrise business account number that your user shall be associated to (contact your account/service manager for more details if needed).
If your company has integration with Sunrise using Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign-On (SSO) the step above will not be necessary as the information shall be automatically defined.
Provide your personal and address information.
If your company has integration with Sunrise using MS AAD SSO, these fields are pre-populated automatically and cannot be changed.
As the final step, please read and check the registration summary before submission. If you find any wrong information, click on the «Edit» buttons to modify them. When you are sure that all information is correct, accept the terms and conditions of use of the Sunrise Business Cockpit and then confirm the registration.
FAQ Registration/Login
My email informed for the registration could not be accepted, what should I do?
Only corporate emails are accepted for the SBC registration. If you are experiencing errors while trying to register with your company’s email, please ask for support via sbcsupport@sunrise.net .
I have successfully registered but I don’t see my mobile number after login.
Either the account which you have informed during the registration process is not correct (it’s not the one where your number is installed) or the data associated with your subscription (subscriber details) is incomplete/wrong. Please contact your fleet manager or the mailbox sbcsupport@sunrise.net .for support.
I cannot order product or services, what is wrong with my account?
It seems that your company has not given the desired permissions for service purchasing. Please contact your fleet manager or contact sbcsupport@sunrise.net . for support.
I am experiencing an error when I try to perform some action/visualize something in the portal. How this can be fixed?
You can report any issue using the sbcsupport@sunrise.net . mailbox. Please inform your login email and mobile number if already active. Attachments with screenshots are welcome – they help us to handle incidents more effectively.
