Order new extra SIMs for your mobile business subscription
Summary
The «Add extra SIM» feature allows you to add up to 5 extra SIM cards to an existent mobile subscription, if allowed by the corporate policy of your company. Extra SIM products can be activated with both SIM card or eSIM types.
Ordering extra SIMs
On the subscription page, go to the section «SIM Cards» and click on «Add extra SIM». If you cannot see the link, it means that your company has restricted this feature.
Please note that there is an eligibility criterion that defines whether you can order or not extra SIMs:
The selected subscription cannot have pending orders;
The selected subscription has not reached the maximum number of extra SIMs installed (5);
The extra SIM product is correctly configured for the selected rate plan (setup performed by Sunrise).
Depending of the mobile subscription type and the configuration of services defined for your company, you will be able to select between three products: extra SIM Business, extra SIM surf&talk or extra SIM watch.
Selecting a new extra SIM (Business or surf&talk)
You can add up to five extra SIMs (if allowed by the corporate policy). For each extra SIM, you must select its type: eSIM or SIM card. For the SIM card it is possible to choose between ordering a new card or use an existing one (in case you have already a Sunrise blank SIM card with you).
If you choose an existing SIM, you must provide the card ICCID (20 digits number that can be found printed on the card). If the card is already in use or the number is not valid, the validation will fail and you will not be able to proceed.
By choosing the eSIM, you must enter the business email where the QR code shall be sent to.
Please note that only business email domains pre-defined by your company are accepted.
Selecting a new extra SIM watch
If the selected subscription allows, you will be able to order one extra SIM watch. For activating this product, you will use the watch’s information. Please inform correctly the EID (32 characters) and the IMEI (15 characters) of the device.

Delivery address: The delivery address will be pre-populated with the information associated with your Sunrise Business Cockpit profile. However, you can edit the fields if you need to change the data for the desired shipping address.
*Note: The delivery address is only needed if one or more cards are requested with the option “new SIM” - for existing cards and eSIM there is no delivery.
Confirmation
As the final step, you will be presented a confirmation page with all the details of your order. Please read and check the summary before placing the order. If you find any wrong information, click on the «Edit» buttons to modify it. When you are sure that all information is correct, submit your request by clicking on the «Confirm» button.
This will be followed by a success message to confirm that the request has been submitted successfully.
In case of one or more cards are ordered with eSIM, an email shall be sent to the provided address with the QR code within the next minutes (see below an example).
