Order a new Sunrise mobile business subscription for corporate use
Summary
In this flow, you can order a new business mobile subscription if allowed by your company's corporate policy. This process is used when you want to create a new mobile number from Sunrise (it does not involve transfers of existing numbers). Please note that business subscriptions are paid entirely by your company.
Ordering a new number
If you don't have any active subscription, the widget below for ordering a new number will be displayed. If you already have one or more subscriptions associated with your account, the ordering flow is initiated by using the «New number» button located to the header of the page.
In order to request a new mobile number, please follow the steps described below:
Select the option «New number»: this defines that a new number from Sunrise will be activated.
Select Rate plan: here you define which business product will be ordered and associated with your new number. The range of rate plans is defined by your company; if there is more than one available and you are not sure which to choose, please contact your company's fleet manager. If there are many options displayed, you can find a product directly by using the «Search» functionality.
Select Options: service options are additional blocks of services that are installed on the main mobile product. The range of service options is defined by your company; if there is more than one available and you are not sure which to choose, please contact your company's fleet manager. If the company does not allow the ordering of service options; no service will be displayed on this section for selection.
Select SIM: on the next step of the flow you choose which type of SIM card (standard or eSIM) shall be associated with your mobile number.
In addition to the main SIM card, in this step, you can also add extra SIMs (if allowed by your company's policy).
Select number: A mobile number will be automatically pre-selected for you, but you can regenerate it (1) or search for one (2).
Use the search functionality to look for the desired number options by giving the last 4 digits.
Select device (optional): you can order new devices (if allowed by your company's policy). The payment policy is also defined by your organization.
The list of available devices/accessories is defined by your company.
You have the option to filter the list by selecting the required device type or by searching for the brand and model.
*Note: A single order may include a maximum of 5 devices under the following condition: only one mobile device (smartphone/smartwatch/tablet/hotspot) can be added to the order.
The following status will be displayed for each device:
Available (green): the device is available in stock.
Limited (yellow): it means that only a small quantity of the particular device is available.
Out of stock (red): the device is out of stock and no specific delivery time can be provided. You can still place your request and it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Pre-order (grey): the device is currently in the pre-order phase. You can still place your request and it will be shipped as soon as possible.
*Note: You can place a device request regardless of its status.
«Selected items» allows you to see the devices already chosen. In this view you can modify or remove devices.
Delivery address: The delivery address will be pre-populated with the information associated with your Sunrise Business Cockpit profile. However, you can edit the fields if you need to change the data for the desired shipping address.
Please read and check the summary before submission. If you find any information that needs to be rectified, click on the related «Edit» button to go back to the step where the data needs to be changed. After correcting the information, you can go back directly to the Confirmation page by clicking on the «Confirm» stepper, located on the top of the page.
Confirmation: as the final step, accept the terms and conditions of use of the Sunrise Business Cockpit and submit the request by clicking on the «Confirm» button.
This will be followed by a success message to confirm that the request has been submitted successfully.
