Changing subscription
Modify a subscription by performing a product migration.
Summary
The "Change subscription" feature allows you to migrate the current mobile subscription to a new rate plan in a few steps.
Changing a subscription
First, get to the page with the mobile subscription you want to change. Then go to the (very first) block “Subscriptions” and click on the edit button next to it. A pop-up will appear and from there you must click on the "Change subscription" option to proceed.
To change the rate plan of the mobile number, follow the instructions below:
If the status of your number is "Valid" as shown in the picture below (1), it means you can proceed with the rate plan change, click on "Next" to move forward.
*Note: If a number is invalid, the operation of changing a subscription will not be performed because there are some pending orders associated with it.
Choose the desired rate plan (new product) and the activation profile (if available).
Select which service options shall be active with the change.
Schedule the date for the migration to take place. Click on “Next” after the date choice.
Now you can view the summary of your request. Submit it by clicking on “Confirm”. A warning message will appear that also must be confirmed.
Checking ongoing orders
Go to the “Subscriptions” block in the “Mobile” session. The Status of your request/order can be checked in the “Orders” block.
