Order and manage devices associated with your mobile subscriptions
Summary
On the main «Devices» section, you will find the mobile devices and accessories associated with the currently selected mobile subscription. From this page you can also order new devices, if allowed by your company's policy.
My devices
If there are no devices associated with the currently selected subscription, a widget will be displayed. Depending on your company policy, it will allow ordering a new device or not.
*Note: Ordering new devices is only possible if the selected subscription does not have pending requests/orders at the moment.
All your devices associated with the selected subscription will be presented on this page.
For each device will be displayed a particular status such as:
In use: the device that is currently marked as being used by you.
Not in use: the device is not currently being used by you.
In repair: the device is in the process of being repaired.
Pending: a device order is in progress.
Expanding the «Show details» block, additional information about the device will be displayed, such as acquisition date, IMEI, tracking number, etc.
The action menu (three dots next to the device name) allows you to:
Request repair
Delete the device*
Transfer device to another employee or to private use *
After performing any of these 2 operations the device will not be displayed in this section.
*Note: If allowed by your company’s policy.
Ordering new devices
You can order new devices from this section (if allowed by your company's policy) by clicking on the «Order device» button.
*Note: If the button is not visible, that means the policy defined by your company does not allow the request.
Your subscription might have pending orders or it is not allowed by your company's corporate policy.
The devices are delivered in 2 working days, after the order was created.
