Request repair service for your mobile device
Summary
Your defective mobile device can be submitted for repair quickly and easily in the Sunrise Business Cockpit, if allowed by your company's policy.
How to request a repair
Select the device you want to submit a repair request and on the action menu you will find the «Request repair» option to initiate the flow.
On the «Request repair» page is displayed the following information:
Repair details:
Device name
IMEI
Category: Select the category that matches your repair issue. If the problem faced is not within the available list, please choose the option «Others».
Detailed description: Please explain in details what kind of problem has the device for the moment.
Delivery address: This is the address the device shall be sent back after the repair is done. By default, it will be pre-populated with the information associated with your profile, but you still can edit the fields if needed.
Confirmation: as the final step, please read and check the request device summary before submission. If you find any wrong information, click on the «Edit» buttons to modify them. When you are sure that all information is correct, submit the order by clicking on the «Confirm» button.
This will be followed by a success message to confirm that the request has been submitted successfully. You will also receive an email with the confirmation of your request and further instructions on how to proceed with the process.After submitting the request, you can check the current status of the repair by clicking on the link «View repair details » available on the action menu of the device. You will also receive email communications during the process to keep you informed step by step.
