Summary
In the «View repair details» flow, you will find everything about the repair request status placed for your device.
Checking the repair status.
After submitting a repair request, you will see in the «Devices » section that your device has now the status «In repair». On the action menu of the device card, the «View repair details» option shall be then available. Click on it to proceed to the next page with more information about the status of your repair request.
The following page displays the following information:
Device: model of the device in repair.
Case number: the case identifier for tracking purposes.
Date of request: date when the request was submitted.
Status: reflects the status of the request. For more information, please access this page: Repair status
The «Status» will be displayed for each step of the repair process.
Repair order form: the document containing comprehensive information about repair.
Shipping label: the tag intended for sending the device to the defined repair center. Just print it and add to the package so you can ship the device without any additional cost.
