Transfer devices associated with your mobile subscription
Summary
If allowed by your company policy, you can transfer mobile devices to another employee or to private use.
Device transfer process
To transfer a mobile device or accessory, you must go first to the Devices section of the portal.
*Note: Transferring devices is only possible if the selected subscription does not have pending requests/orders at the moment.
Choose the device that shall be transferred and select «Transfer» by clicking on the action menu (three dots next to the device name).
By transferring a device, you have 2 options:
Transfer the device to another employee: it is required to add the email address and the subscription of the employee associated to an active account in SBC.
By accepting the device transfer to another employee, a success message will be followed, to confirm that the request has been submitted successfully.
Selecting the transfer of the device to private: the device will be dissociated from your SBC user and in the company's inventory it will be marked as «private use».
After the submission, a success message will be followed to confirm that the request has been submitted successfully.
