Transfer your mobile business subscription
Summary
This feature enables you to transfer a mobile subscription to another employee within your company, if allowed by your company's policy.
On the Home page, click on the «Transfer» button next to the «Account» section.
*Note: Transferring a mobile number is only possible if the selected subscription does not have pending requests/orders at the moment.
If your subscription includes an eSIM card, please ensure that you delete the eSIM profile from the mobile device. For the new subscription owner, a new SIM card change should be performed by the fleet manager.
Select the option transfer subscription to «Another employee».
In the next step, you shall enter the email address of the employee from your company. In order to validate the email, click on «Search». When the email address of another employee is validated, click on the button «Confirm».
Before submitting the request, a warning pop-up will appear indicating whether the mobile number should be transferred or not.
By accepting the subscription transfer to another employee, a success message will be followed, to confirm that the request has been submitted successfully.
