Transfer your mobile business subscription to another employee or change it for private use
Summary
This feature enables you to transfer a business mobile subscription to a Sunrise private account for personal use, if allowed by your company's policy.
When you click the «Transfer» button located next to the «Account» section, a new page will open so you can move forward with the request.
Transferring the business subscription to a Sunrise private account:
This process requires you to be already a Sunrise private customer. If you don't have a Sunrise private account yet, please click on the «Don't have Sunrise private account?» to find further information about the process required (available by clicking on the «Click here » link).
If you have already a Sunrise private account:
Please provide your customer number. The account name will be automatically pre-selected and cannot be changed.
A specific rate plan will be displayed, which is the product your subscription will be migrated to with this process. This subscription has a pay-as-you-go pricing model which means that you will pay only if using the number for performing calls, using internet, etc. Note: After the transfer is completed, you can change this product to any other available at Sunrise with no costs.
Select the desired month to schedule the subscription transfer. *Note: The current month cannot be selected.
A warning pop-up message will appear to confirm the request submission.
By confirming it, a success message will appear at the end of the request process.
