Instructions about how to request a Sunrise private account for enabling change of ownership of mobile subscriptions
Description
This page explains how to request the creation of a Sunrise private account so you can perform the transfer of ownership of a business product.
Transfer Business to Private
In this process, a mobile number is transferred from a Sunrise business account (company-owned) to a Sunrise residential account for personal use. If the new owner of the subscription does not have a Sunrise residential account yet, a new one must be created in the process. The business product is migrated to a residential rate plan and the private person takes ownership of the mobile subscription.
Process
If you don't have yet a private Sunrise account, you can request one following the process described below.
Please send an email to the address backofficebc@sunrise.net including the following details of the new owner:
Email subject: Owner change Business to Private - create a new private account
Content: please provide in the email the information below (everything is mandatory):
First Name
Last Name
Address
Zip code
City
Email address:
Date of birthday
Nationality
ID Number
ID expiry Date
A copy (scanned document - PDF or image) of a valid ID document, which can be:
Swiss Identity Card
Swiss Passport
Foreign Passport
The request will be then processed by our team and you will be notified of the status of the process by email.
Once a new Sunrise private account is created, you could proceed with «Transfer » flow in SBC.
